Planning a shipment
Include product, quantity, packing, destination city or port and expected date. Availability, freight, handling, lead times and any temperature requirements are confirmed per quotation.
Incoterms and documentation
The named Incoterm and place, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, inspection and documents must be agreed in writing. Selecting a preference in an enquiry is not an agreed shipping obligation.
Packing and claims
Listed packing weights are client-specified enquiry choices. Confirm net/gross weight and final packing before dispatch. Claims, returns, shortages and cancellations follow the agreed contract.
